Our memory verse is:

Object lessen this week is ‘I am the light of the world’

Like we learned last week on Ss Sun, Jesus is the light of the world.

Jesus is like the sun and we are like the moon. The moon reflects the sun’s light.

So: I am the light of the world because i reflect the light of Jesus

Learning about ‘pairs’

 

They painted their moons with some white and grey (ended up mostly grey) and then we sprinkled glitter on them. I cut out some stars and they glued them on and then added some more glitter. Anabel said ‘My stars are dancing around the moon”
