Learning Where Animals Live

Today I finally accomplished something I've been wanting to do for awhile. 

Since I don't have a color printer i have to improvise. I printed black and white animals that are 1/2in or less and then i colored them and cut them out. I then incased them in laminating paper. 

Then i put tape on the back and placed them on our world map. I hope to continue this as we learn more :)

I have a U.S. Map that I intend to put up. It will be great for the 2nd grade curriculum which focuses on early America. We will also be doing a book that teaches us each states bird, flower, tree ect which i could make small versions of them to place on the states map as well.

I'm excited :)
