Scooters, Pyramids and Zebras

This morning I decided to try something a little different to get the girls reading done. We went out onto the porch. First ate breakfast out there and then we took turns. One girl would read a page of school while the other played on the scooter. Then they would switch. They read very fast! Anabel said 'Ya cause we want to get done quick so we can play!'

Today in Zz zebra we colored pyramid pictures and the built pyramids with blocks and talked about what part of Africa you can find pyramids. 

Then in our art lesson we drew zebras. 

It was all in all a very successful day in school. We managed to get a little extra done wich we can use all the help we can get since we are behind where i would like.
