Record Book - Digitally Storing All Completed School Work for Years 2013, 2014 & 2015

So much to do! First of all i wanted to get all my 2014-2015 school work organized. That involved emptying my file folders that held the years school papers in it. I divided the papers for each of the kids.

Then i scanned all the pages into pdf files and uploaded them to google drive for safe keeping. That way i had a digital copy of all the pages and felt ok with throwing away most of the pages. I sorted the papers and figured out which pages would be saved in their record books, which could be reused and which would be trash.

This is what the books looked like before i decided to do even more.

Then i decided to get the cube that i saved the 2013-2014 years work in and did the same to them. This is the cube before i scanned and threw most of the pages away.

This pile of pages were the 'trash' pile from only one kids preschool papers. In total i scanned over 450 pages for one child for the one year, Oi! It was a lot of pages!

2013-2014 and 2014-2015 pages combined into one record book (yes i need to remark the label to add the other year). It was almost to much for my 3" binder!

The cubes new contents:

Much nicer!
